Prakash Books India Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Prakash Book Depot) was founded in 1948 and is one of the biggest wholesale and retail distributors cum Publisher in India and distributing books from major publishers in India and abroad.

Photoindia.com was assigned to shoot 50 dishes for the book. Our crew managed the entire process right from preparing the dish to styling and photographing it. The entire shoot was carried in our facility in Delhi. The Book was successfully completed and was very well received at an International Book Show.
